Education in art

The program in museum education comprises a wide range of events open to the public. Among them are guided tours for children, young adults, adults and families. Day and vacation courses for children as well as guided tours focusing on a special subject and the analysis of individual works for adults round off the offer. Education in art addressed to the employees of the company who can participate in guided tours during their lunch break is a distinctive feature at Würth. The program is rounded off by lectures and readings that take place in the context of the respective exhibition currently on display.

Every exhibition is accompanied by a puzzle corresponding to the respective works of art that induces children capable of reading to look for certain features in the exhibits. Triggered by the questions and suggestions of the puzzle, children can deal with the artists and their works by themselves and start their discovery tour through the exhibition. That way, the visit to the museum turns into a real adventure.
